Full registration: includes attendance at all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, conference lunches, delegate satchel, program booklet, conference proceedings and welcome reception.
Student registration: includes attendance at all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, conference lunches, delegate satchel, program booklet and welcome reception. Students must provide proof of fulltime student status from their institution.
Single Day Registration: includes attendance (on the selected day) at the conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Does not include social events, but additional tickets can be booked on the registration form.

BURSARIES The Australia ICOMOS 2006 Conference Committee is pleased to be able to offer a number of bursaries thanks to the sponsorship of the Western Australian Lotteries Commission - LotteryWest. The bursaries are available to assist volunteer or part-time workers in local, regional, remote and rural museums and galleries, Indigenous museum and gallery workers as well as full time students and others in related areas, to attend the full conference program. Bursaries will assist with the costs of registration, accommodation and travel. Bursary amounts will be offered according to need. Successful applicants will have their registration fees paid directly to the conference. Reimbursements for travel and or accommodation expenses will be made after the conference, on presentation of receipts. If you fit one of the eligible categories and would like to apply for a bursary, please download a copy of the application form to fill out. You will need to explain why you need assistance to attend this conference, how you intend to share the knowledge you gain by attending the conference with other workers in your organisation or region as well as present a budget. All prices are GST inclusive. EARLYBIRD must be booked and paid by 6 October 2006.

Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany the registration form. Major credit
cards are accepted. Payments should include: registration fees, hotel
deposit (one night’s tariff), optional social functions and/or tours.
Acknowledgement
Registrations received prior to 13 October 2006 will be acknowledged
in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your form.
Delegates are advised to check their confirmation letter and advise the
organisers immediately of any amendments. For registrations made after 13
October, please telephone or email the secretariat to confirm receipt.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration Fees - Cancellation of registration must be advised in writing. Cancellations made before Friday 13 October 2006 incur a penalty fee of $121. Refunds of fees after this time will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note: cancellations made in the few weeks prior to the conference will not be processed until after the conference.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference were to be cancelled, fees minus deduction of expenses incurred would be refunded.
Hotel Deposits - Cancellations of bookings must be advised in writing. See details under ‘accommodation’ for full penalties imposed for cancellations. Each hotel reserves the right to charge delegates for non-arrival on the dates pre-booked.
Tours and Social Functions - No refunds will be given for tours or social functions cancelled after Friday 13 October 2006, or missed during the conference.
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in the foyer of the venue. The desk will open each day of the conference from 8.15am - 4.00pm.
Dress
Conference Sessions: Smart casual
Conference Dinner: Lounge Suit /Cocktail Dress.
Dietary Requirements
Delegates with special dietary needs must advise Promaco Conventions via the registration form or in writing.
