The conference and exhibition will be held in the beautiful City of Perth, Western Australia at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Please note that all conference and accommodation enquiries should be directed to Promaco Conventions.
Coach transfer services operate to the inner city from both airports during the day. Transfer fee is A$11 from the domestic and international terminals. Taxi fare to the venue is approximately A$22.
Registration Fees
A completed registration form from all participants (including speakers) is
essential.
Full Registration (also student*/retired registration): includes attendance at all conference sessions, morning/ afternoon teas, lunches, delegate satchel and program and the icebreaker reception. *Student registrations must provide proof of full-time student status via the registration form.
Single Day Registration: includes attendance (on the selected day) at the conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Day registration does not include any social events. Tickets can be booked on the registration form (see social program).

Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany the registration form. Major credit cards are
accepted. Payments should include: registration fees, hotel deposit (one night's
tariff), optional social functions and/or tours.
Payments will only be accepted in Australian dollars. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted from International delegates. Bank drafts, direct debit (EFT) and major credit cards are accepted. Bank drafts should be made payable to Promaco Conventions Pty Ltd.
Acknowledgement
Registrations received prior to 26 October 2007 will be acknowledged in
writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your form. Delegates
are advised to check their confirmation letter and advise the organisers
immediately of any amendments. For registrations made after 26 October, please
telephone or email the
secretariat to confirm receipt.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration Fees
- Cancellation of registration must be advised in writing. Cancellations made before Friday 26 October 2007 incur a penalty fee of A$132. Refunds of fees after this time will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Substitute delegates will be accepted.Please note: Cancellations made in the few weeks prior to the conference will not be processed until after the conference concludes.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference were to be cancelled, fees minus deduction of expenses incurred would be refunded.
Hotel Deposits - Cancellations of bookings must be advised in writing. See details under 'accommodation' for full penalties imposed for cancellations. Each hotel reserves the right to charge delegates for non-arrival on the dates pre-booked.
Social Functions/Workshops/Tours - No refunds will be given for social functions, workshops or tours cancelled by delegates after Friday 26 October 2007. No refunds will be given for tours or social functions missed during the conference.
Please keep a copy of your registration form and note that by submitting the form, you have agreed to the terms of the cancellation policy.
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in the foyer of the Perth Convention
and Exhibition Centre. The desk will open on Sunday 18 November 2007 from 2.30pm
to 6.30pm. The desk will also be open each day of the conference from 8.15am -
4.00pm.

Dietary Requirements
Delegates with special dietary needs must advise Promaco Conventions via the
registration form or in writing.
Pre-Purchased Parking
During busy periods, parking can be in high demand. Pre- purchased car bays
underneath the conventions centre will guarantee a bay even when the car park
says full. A limited number of tickets have been allocated for ASEG attendees.
Two ticket types are offered. Purchasing a 24 hour ticket is recommended if you
cannot be specific about arrival and departure times, particularly for
exhibitors. Parking vouchers can be ordered with your registration form or
requested from the organisers. Detailed instructions for use will be provided.
Exhibitor - Bump In / Bump Out / - This option provides 24 hour multiple entry and exit. Fees per ticket commence at A$16.50 per day.
Event Parking - This option provides single entry and exit, 10 hours continuous parking. Fees per ticket are as follows:
