Accommodation
Auckland is a very
busy place in December and early booking of accommodation and flights,
particularly from Sydney, is strongly recommended.
Block accommodation
bookings at selected venues close to the University of Auckland Business
College have been made for ANZAM delegates. Most venues are within walking
distance of the University. A complimentary shuttle service through the
Auckland CBD also operates at regular intervals during the day.
Please
note that delegates are free to make their own accommodation arrangements at
a venue of their choice. However, for those who would like to utilise the
options offered below - all bookings require a deposit of one night's tariff
and a credit card number for guarantee. The deposit is non-refundable and
may be forfeited at the hotel's discretion, if you cancel within 35 days of
the date required or if you do not arrive on the date you have nominated.
The rates below can
only be obtained by booking through Promaco Conventions.

include the current NZ 12.5% GST. The rates have been rounded up to the
nearest Australian dollar to assist you with budgeting (correct at rate of
exchange on 20.05.08). Your hotel will provide a tax invoice with full
details as you check-out.
