In 2006, the Men’s Advisory Network in Western Australia held their first National Conference entitled "From Babies to Blokes: the Making of Men". The 2008 conference will build on the success of the first in working to create a major shift in men’s culture.

In recognition of the importance of this conference, the support from our sponsors is very much appreciated.

Presentations from an ensemble of nine outstanding invited speakers will be complemented by deeply moving personal stories and concurrent sessions offering more than 50 papers, workshops and posters.

The 2006 conference identified many issues that needed to be addressed and MAN has undertaken a program of actions that will also be reported on during the 2008 program.

The social program offers opportunities for networking to share stories and experiences.

It is important that the impetus created does not falter and we urge you to register as soon as possible. We feel confident you will return home from the conference feeling inspired, motivated and knowledgeable.
