introduction

The CAUTHE Conference will return to Western Australia in 2009 and with the appropriate theme of 'See Change: Tourism & Hospitality in a Dynamic World'.

Tourism is on the move in Western Australia and Fremantle, the location for the Conference, is an exciting and dynamic place to meet. The Conference will look at many areas of change such as the environment, cultures, markets and products. Delegates will have the opportunity of attending a great conference in a Tourist-Historic City.

Lock 10 - 13 February 2009 in your diary now and we look forward to meeting with you all in 2009.

Kind regards,

Michael Hughes and Jack Carlsen
Conference Co-Chairs

why you should attend

The conference will make significant contributions towards continuing education of professionals to enable them to meet the challenges of tourism and hospitality services in the future.

The conference will be a forum for sharing knowledge and experiences with academics, administrators and those involved with responsibility for capitalising on the results of research in the tourism and hospitality industry.

The conference will foster interaction amongst delegates so that the conference becomes a working meeting through presentations, workshops and displays.
