The Trade Exhibition is a very important feature of the IPWEA State Conference and we value the support from our exhibitors. As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to raise your company profile by promoting your plant and products and services to a highly qualified and influential audience. If you are associated with the many areas linked with public works engineering, whether as a product manufacturer or supplier, services or technology supplier or information service provider, then this event is a must do.

Tea and coffee breaks and lunches will be served within the display area offering high visibility to delegates.

A floorplan will be available shortly and stands will be allocated to sponsors and then in order of receipt of bookings.

A deposit of 30% of the total must accompany the booking form to confirm your stand, with full payment due by Friday 21 February 2009. A 5% discount will apply to all sponsorship paid in full before 31 December 2008.

Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event will incur an administration fee of 25% of the full cost.

EXHIBITION STAND INCLUDES:

• Shell scheme display stand - 3.0m x 2.0m x 2.4m high with velcro compatible back and side walls

• Fascia Board with Company name in coloured lettering

• 2 spotlights and 1 power point per stand

• (2) tickets to the Welcome Reception

• (2) Lunch tickets per day

• (2) tickets to the Gala Dinner

• (2) Name Badges

• (1) Delegate Kit

• PLUS the inclusion of a promotional item or brochure in the delegate kit (ie: caps, keyrings, mouse pads, rulers, business card holders, gifts, lollies, etc.)

Additional tickets to the social functions can be purchased.

EXHIBITOR MANUAL
Closer to the event, each confirmed exhibitor will receive an Exhibitor Manual which will contain all of the information required to set up your display with move in, move out details and forms for furniture hire, video hire, additional electrical needs and details of the exhibitor catalogue listing.

DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION
In addition to the staff servicing the exhibition stand, each exhibitor will be entitled to register one delegate to attend the Conference Program @ 50% of the fulltime registration fee, inclusive of all benefits. Allowing your staff access to the program sessions will enable valuable insight into the wide range of issues relating to public works. Full details of the Conference program, registration details and all costs will be available in the registration brochure or on the Conference website by early January 2009.
