The degree of support available will ultimately depend on the overall number of applications received.

To be eligible, the following criteria applies:

  • Applicants must be enrolled fulltime in a HDR program (i.e. PhD or Masters) at an Australian/New Zealand university. Proof of enrolment in the form of a letter on university headed paper and signed by your Head of School will need to be supplied
  • Applicants must be attending the PhD workshop on Tuesday 24th November
  • Applicants must have an accepted paper in the main SOAC Conference
  • Applicants must be registered for the main SOAC Conference
  • Accommodation can only be selected from the University Residential College options offered above (excludes Townhouse options).

If you meet the criteria above please send an email addressing each criteria (plus any supporting documentation) to Promaco Conventions by COB Friday 2 October 2009 (WST).
