HOW TO REGISTER

Delegates can register by email, mail or fax.

A copy of the full registration brochure (1.42MB PDF) is available to download.

All delegates (including speakers) must complete a registration form (284KB PDF)  for administrative purposes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Payment in FULL must be received by the conference secretariat to enable delegates to collect their conference information and attend the conference sessions. Please ensure that your organisation/ institution has finalised all necessary payments prior to registration day - Wednesday 19 May 2010.

Method of Payment
Payment must accompany the registration form and should include (as appropriate): registration fees, hotel deposit (one night's tariff), tours and social functions.

Payments can be made by EFT, credit card, cheque or for international delegates, a bank draft in Australian dollars. Personal or company cheques will not be accepted from international delegates.

Acknowledgement
Registrations received prior to Friday 14 May 2010 will be acknowledged in writing. Delegates are asked to check their confirmation letter and advise the organisers immediately, if changes/amendments are required. For registrations made after Friday 14 May 2010, please telephone or email the secretariat to confirm receipt of your registration.

Dietary Requirements
Delegates with special dietary needs must advise Promaco Conventions via the registration form or in writing to ensure they are suitably catered for.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Registration - cancellation of registration must be advised in writing. Cancellations made before Friday 23 April 2010 incur a penalty fee of $132. Refunds of fees after this time will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Substitute delegates will be accepted and details must be advised in writing. Please note that cancellations made in the few weeks prior to the conference, will be processed after the conference.

Accommodation - cancellation of accommodation must be advised in writing. Each hotel reserves the right to charge delegates for non-arrival on the dates pre-booked and/or noshows.

Tours and Social Functions - no refunds will be given for tours or social functions cancelled by delegates after Friday 23 April 2010 or missed during the conference.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference were to be cancelled, fees minus deduction of expenses incurred would be refunded.
