Celebrate this exciting conference series as you glide into the night and along the magnificent Mandurah waterways with your conference partners. Enjoy a twilight cruise and steamy salsa entrée of tantalising tapas selections, conference cocktails and Peel Region wines, which will be served on board the Mandjar before arriving at the magnificent Mandurah Quay Restaurant, nestled on the banks of the Peel Harvey Estuary.

Here you will be greeted by local chefs who will prepare in your honour a sensational seafood barbecue served on the Boardwalk and featuring fresh regional produce. Get a ‘taste of the Peel’ and prepare to feast and party as you enjoy sultry Latino rhythms and hip swaying sounds.
