Location
The conference will be held at the award winning Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, located in the heart of Mandurah, approximately 74km and one hour’s drive south of Perth.
Featured in the International Architecture Yearbook No. 5, which showcases the world’s best public buildings, the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre is one of Australia’s premier entertainment and convention centres. A joint project by the State Government and the City of Mandurah, this cultural haven is the main feature of The Boardwalk – Mandurah.
The Centre’s facilities have been designed around a magnificent foyer area encased within floor to ceiling glass walls which take full advantage of the breathtaking views of Mandjar Bay, the vibrant city centre and Boardwalk. Facilities include the 800 seat Boardwalk Theatre, 144 seat studio-style Fishtrap Theatre, an art gallery, fully sprung dance floor studio, executive and standard meeting rooms, music rooms, artist dressing rooms and retreat areas. Ample car parking facilities are available.

Transfers
A charter coach service will be provided to transfer delegates from Perth Domestic Airport to and also from Mandurah. The service will operate only at the times below. Travel time is approximately one hour and fifteen minutes and cost is $27.50 incl. GST per person, each way. Prior bookings with Promaco Conventions are essential and a minimum number will apply.

Delegates using this service must arrange their flight schedules to suit the departure times. As the flight schedules will vary from different cities, a short wait for some delegates may be necessary.
Delegates arriving earlier than Monday 7 March will need to make their own transfer arrangements to Mandurah.
Other options include: a regular express coach service departing from the Perth City Busport, taxi service or selfdrive by hire car, via an excellent road system. Hire cars and taxis can be arranged at the airport upon arrival. Approximate taxi cost is $75 - $100.

Accommodation at special rates has been reserved for delegates from 7-11 March. To avoid disappointment, early booking is essential. The conference rates can only be obtained by booking through Promaco Conventions. Breakfast is not included in the rate.
• All bookings require a deposit of one night’s tariff. The deposit is nonrefundable and may be forfeited at the hotel’s discretion, if you cancel within 21 days of the date required or, if you do not arrive on the date you have nominated.
• Amendments must be made in writing to Promaco Conventions in advance. Changes made after Friday 11 February cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
• Accommodation bookings will not be accepted by Promaco Conventions after Friday 11 February 2005. All rooms not allocated by this date will be released back to the hotel.
