Accommodation
Accommodation at conference rates has been reserved in Fremantle, from Saturday 24 September to Saturday 31 September 2005. The conference rates can only be obtained by booking through Promaco Conventions. For rooms required before or after the conference dates, early booking is essential. Breakfast is not included in the rate.
Please note:
September-October is a peak holiday period in Fremantle and early booking is strongly recommended.
All bookings require a deposit of one night’s tariff which is non-refundable and may be forfeited at the hotel’s discretion if you cancel within 21 days of the date required or, if you do not arrive on the date nominated.
Amendments must be made in writing to Promaco Conventions in advance. Changes made after 25 August cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
Accommodation bookings will not be accepted by Promaco Conventions after Friday 2 September 2005. All rooms not allocated by this date will be released back to the hotel.
Note: The individual hotels are responsible for the invoicing of GST. Please ask the hotel at check out for a Tax Invoice.
