display methods will be available:

1. Exhibition
Stand
Stand includes
• Shell scheme 3.0m x 2.0m x 2.4m high with velcro compatible back and side
walls
• Fascia with Company name in coloured lettering
• 2 spotlights and 1 power point
• Tea and coffee daily
• (2) tickets to Welcome Reception
• (2) Lunch tickets per day
• (1) Satchel and participants list
Cost: $1,100 per stand inc GST
• A deposit of 30% of the total must accompany the booking form to confirm your
stand.
• Stand preference will be allocated on a first- come, first-served basis.
• Multiple stands may be negotiated
2. Display
Table
A table with velcro compatible backing board suitable for posters and display of
brochures. No staff to be in attendance.
Cost: $330 inc GST
3. Free
standing Display
Organisation supplies own display panel or board. No staff to be in attendance.
Cost: $110 inc GST
