A completed registration form from all participants (including speakers) is essential. Download and print the Registration Form, complete and return with your payment to Promaco Conventions.

Overlooking the Swan River and located approximately five minutes by taxi from the city centre and 15 minutes by taxi from Perth’s domestic and international airports, the Burswood Entertainment Complex is one of Perth’s premier convention, exhibition and accommodation centres. Coach transfer services operate from both airports during the day. Transfer fee is A$11 (domestic) and A$13 (international). Taxi fare to Burswood is approximately A$20.

REGISTRATION FEES
Fulltime registration includes: attendance at all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, welcome reception, conference dinner and the book of abstracts.

Day registration includes: attendance (on the selected day) at the conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea and lunch and the book of abstracts. Note: the conference dinner is not included.

Student registration includes: attendance at all conference sessions, morning/afternoon teas and lunches, welcome reception and the book of abstracts. Students must provide proof of fulltime student status from their institution. Note: The conference dinner is not included.
Student subsidies may be available for Australian students.

Partner registration includes: Sunday - welcome reception,
Monday - partner’s morning tea, Tuesday - Mundaring/Kalamunda tour, Wednesday - conference dinner. Tickets for the optional tours may also be purchased.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment of fees must accompany the registration form. Payments from abroad should be made with a bank draft in Australian dollars free of all charges or by credit card. Major credit cards are accepted.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Registrations received prior to 8 September 2006 will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your requirements according to your form. Delegates are advised to check their confirmation letter and advise the organisers immediately, of any amendments. For registrations made after 8 September, please telephone or email the secretariat to confirm receipt.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Registration Fees
- Cancellation of registration must be advised in writing. Cancellations made before Friday 25 August 2006 incur a penalty fee of A$154. Refunds of fees after this time will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note: Cancellations made in the few weeks prior to the Conference will not be processed until after the Conference.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference were to be cancelled, fees minus deduction of expenses incurred would be refunded.

Hotel Deposits - Cancellations of bookings must be advised in writing. See details under ‘accommodation’ for full penalties imposed for cancellations. Each hotel reserves the right to charge delegates for non-arrival on the dates pre-booked.

Tours and Social Functions - No refunds will be given for tours or social functions cancelled after Friday 25 August 2006. No refunds will be given for tours or social functions cancelled on registration day, or missed during the Conference.

REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be located in the western foyer of the Burswood Convention Centre. The desk will open on Sunday 24 September 2006 from 3.00pm to 6.30pm. The desk will also be open each day of the Conference from 8.15am - 4.00pm.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Delegates with special dietary needs must advise Promaco Conventions via the registration form or in writing.

VISAS
Anyone who is not an Australian citizen requires a valid Visa/Electronic Travel Authority to enter and spend time in Australia. With the exception of New Zealand citizens travelling on New Zealand passports, all foreign nationals must obtain a Visa/ETA before travelling to Australia. (New Zealand citizens are issued with a Visa upon arrival). Visas are available from Australian Visa Offices such as Australian Embassies, High Commissions and Consulates. For the location of your nearest Australian Consultate, go to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s website at www.dfat.gov.au/missions. Visas are also available in ETA form from travel agents and airlines in certain countries. GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)
For international visitors, a tax refund may be sought at the airport for goods beyond the value of A$300 which they take with them as hand luggage when leaving the country. A tax refund is not available for goods or services consumed in Australia – and therefore the GST component of conference registration fees, accommodation, tours, etc is not claimable.
