Entitlements

Academic/GCGI Member/Standard/Student/NFP registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • Entry to all Conference sessions
  • Name Badge
  • Program Book and Abstracts on USB
  • Morning and Afternoon Tea, Lunches (for all days)
  • Welcome Function
  • Conference Dinner

One Day/Student One Day registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • Entry to all sessions on the day registered
  • Name Badge for the day registered
  • Program Book and Abstracts on USB
  • Morning and Afternoon Teas, Lunches on the day

The Conference Dinner and Welcome Function are at an additional cost for one day delegates. Please see the table below.

Early bird registration must be booked and paid before 21st of April 2017.

* Not-for profit organisations can apply to attend at a discounted rate. Please email the Conference Secretariat promaco@promaco.com.au and indicate which organisation you are from and how it would benefit your organisation attending this event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager.


Refund Policy:

Cancellations before 1 May 2017 will receive a full refund minus A$110 administration fee.

Cancellations after 2 May 2017 will receive a 50% refund minus A$110 administration fee.

No refunds will be provided after 1 June 2017.

All refunds will be reimbursed back to the delegate after the conference.

Should you not be able to attend the conference after paying, you may transfer your registration to a substitute delegate.
