JURIEN (Shire of Dandaragan) Jurien, 266 km north of Perth, is the biggest coastal town in the Shire of Dandaragan. Jurien Bay, the biggest sheltered bay along the central west coast, is protected by reefs and islands a few kilometres off shore. Jurien is the focal point for W.A.'s fledgling aquaculture industry.
