Attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with two islands and extensive,
white sand dunes, Lancelin is a commercial rock lobster centre 127 km north of
Perth GPO with excellent deep sea and bay fishing and beautiful beaches for
lazing away the day and soaking up the sun. Lancelin is the gateway to
Australia's finest windsurfing and is noted on the International Windsurfing
Circuit.
Popular past - times include sand dune and dune buggy racing, surfing for amateurs
/ professionals plus jetty and boat fishing. There is snorkelling and diving
in sheltered waters for beginners or reefs for the expert.
